My deep understanding and appreciation of both individuals and business results from more than
25 years experience in the high technology industry (22 years with IBM Corporation and 5 years with Lotus Development Corporation). My expertise in management, team leadership, project management and the design and facilitation of management and associate training and development programs all contribute to my career as a business and personal coach. As a 1995 graduate of CoachU (Coach University) I bring over a decade of coaching experience to my clients.
